Steel-reinforced concrete structures of buildings, bridges, parking and driving decks can corrode and rust over time, leading to expensive repairs. The key to successful protection of valuable building structures is to stop water and water-soluble pollutants from entering the substrate. Protectosil® CIT builds a deep and long-lasting barrier because it penetrates into the material and binds chemically to the concrete.

Protectosil® CIT does the job. In the case of already corroding structures Protectosil® CIT is the ideal solution. Protectosil® CIT effectively reduces corrosion under the conditions of the ASTM G-109 procedure.
