CORROSION PROTECTION

Impregnation for steel reinforced concrete as a protection against chloride induced corrosion. Supply and application of an impregnation as corrosion inhibitor. Protection of steel reinforced concrete against chloride induced corrosion. Repassivation of steel rebars after chloride induced corrosion.

Properties:
- Deeply penetrating impregnation based on an organofunctional silane.

- Anodic and cathodic protection against chloride induced corrosion.

- Solvent free, highly resistant to alkaline environment

- High reduction of water uptake and of chloride uptake

- High water vapor permeability

- Meets the requirements of EN 1504-2.

- Suitable for old and new structures.

- Can be used according to principles 1, 2, 8 and 11 of EN 1504-9.


Performance:

- Penetration depth > 10 mm

- Absorption coefficient AR < 7,5 %

- Absorption coefficient in alkaline media ARalk < 10 %

- Reduction of chloride uptake > 80 %

Powdered corrosion inhibitor for the protection against chloride induced corrosion of steel reinforcement in concrete on the basis of an organofunctional silane system. Corrosion protection additive for dry mortar formulations, especially concrete repair mortar for corrosion protection of reinforced concrete: water vapor permeable, easily redispersible in water.

GRAFFITI PROTECTION

Permanent system for the protection of mineral substrates from graffiti on the basis of a multifunctional silane system. Water-based, minimum 10 cleaning cycles possible, water vapor permeable impregnation, registered at the BASt (Bundesanstalt für Straßenwesen/Federal Highway Research Institute).

Semipermanent system for the protection of mineral substrates from graffiti on the basis of a multifunctional silane system. Water-based, minimum 3 cleaning cycles possible, water vapor permeable impregnation.

STONE CONSOLIDATION

Consolidation and hardening of construction materials with a polysilicic acid ester based system. Solvent-free, improving the mechanical, thermal, and chemical durability of mineral materials.

SURFACE PROTECTION

Transparent protection from staining for mineral substrates based on a multifunctional silane system. Water vapor permeable impregnations, water and oil repellence, easy-to-clean surfaces, reduces the growth of algae and moss, UV- and weathering stable.

WATER REPELLENTS

Impregnation for surface protection against the ingress of water. Supply and application of an impregnation with water repellent function. Protection of mineral surfaces against the ingress of water and water soluble pollutants.

- Freeze-thaw resistance: reduced mass loss after 50 cycles
